Only if it has the USDA organic seal and says it is organic. Bragg's Apple Cider vinegar is the only national brand of Apple cider vinegar i know about that is organic.
And watch it on vinegar. Most natural vinegars are made by distillation and not fermentation and have natural flavoring put in so most apple cider vinegars are not made from apple cider at all.
I just saw organic apple cider vinegar at Walmart a couple days ago. It's cloudy, more expensive, and will go bad sooner. Organic means no pesticides or insecticides, so they do the best to use what didn't rot or become infected. I bought the non-organic since I want to keep it for a while.

I don't know, I never tried to put apple cider on my face. It might work since it is a astringent. Also it's really good for sun burns.
I choose apple cider.

Only if it says its organic-- then its organic.
"All Natural" is NOT organic.
The product has to say its organic to be organic.
