Is Jesse Ventura mentally retarded?
I mean I've heard him speak and he sounds like Billy Bob Thornton in Slingblade. He also looks like an escaped mental patient with his suit jacket, long grey hair on his balding scalp and Navy SEAL t-shirt and lapel pin (he's not even really a SEAL by the way).
