Is Kinetica Protein Good?
I am thinking of buying a whey protein and I am just wondering what Kinetica protein is like compared to Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey. I am considering buying Kinetica because of its low price compared to ON protein. I do understand that i do not need protein, all i need is to eat a healthy diet. As much information as possible will be appriciated. Thank You

If it is an isolate and contains BCAA, then I would say yes. Make sure any protein you purchase is an Isolate Protein and you can't go wrong.
