is physicians formula organic wear mascara actually healthy for my eyelashes?
I have long, thick and dark lashes, and when I wear my mascara( the physicians formula mentioned above) they look awsome. However, I notice some fall out when I remove my mascara.

I think that is true of almost all mascaras. It's more so the physical action of removal that causes lash loss; not so much the fault of the product. If it's just one or two lashes falling out, and not a lot, it's probably nothing to worry about.
