When applying for jobs...USE CORRECT ENGLISH AND GRAMMAR. Don't say 'u' when you mean 'you'. Use "I'm", not 'im'. Those mistakes will get your application thrown out faster than the time it takes for a hiring manager to click 'Delete'.
