Okay I had my last period on June 5th had sex for the first time on the 10th again on the 16th and 17th of June then had an unexpected period on the 19th wasnt a regalur period then had I think a period yesterday it was really light yesterday (light pink) I was in a hole lot of pain I was in tears today the blood has a lot of little clots in it and it's a dark red today in a lot of pain still I had all the pregnant symptoms I got a test yesterday before the period/miscarriage so I took it this morning and it came back nevgitive I think I used to much pee and messed it up I'm in a lot of pain at the moment if I was pregnant I wasn't very far alon I just really need to know if this is a miscarriage I was so happy that I though I was pregnant what could this be?

I am so sorry hun but it sounds like you probably have had a miscarriage. For the pain, try putting a hot water bottle on your tummy as the heat often relieves pain. Take some paracetamol or something as well. I think you should book in with your doctor to get a proper examination just in case so you can be sure what is going on.
