I'm worried I may have an eating disorder of some sort. I frequently irritate my body into purging, but I'm really not sure why I do it. I' m pretty self confident most of the time with my body, and I'm relatively healthy and good looking. I just keep doing it. I'll go for a while when I don't purge, but then I'll suddenly start again. It makes me really uncomfortable and ill-feeling but I'm not sure I want to discuss it with anyone, or even what to do about it. What should I do? Can I work this out without outside help?
