"No More Games. No More Bombs. No More Walking. No More Fun. No More Swimming. 67. That is 17 years past 50. 17 more than I needed or wanted. Boring. I am always bitchy. No Fun — for anybody. 67. You are getting Greedy. Act your old age. Relax — This won't hurt."
Its by Hunter S. Thompson. I have a project for school that needed a poem in it, would you say I could get away with this?

Don't plagarize Mr. Thompson but you may use his work to influence yours.
This could easily turn into a 10 line poem.
Good luck.
Peace
Yes, of course it could be a poem. Poems dont have to rhyme, or even make any sense. You could hand this in, and if your teacher tells you off, just say they need to be more open minded and see the deeper meaning to it. Hopefully that will give you a chance to run away before they can figure out what you said.
Good luck :)
It's not a poem but you can turn it into a poem. Try making your own poem. It's more fun.
