Hello!
Recently I purchased a gift card at my local Indigo store. I asked several employees if the gift card I purchased would be valid for uses on the Kobo E Reader site. They employees said yes. I was told that as of December 1/2010, Indigo gift cards would be valid for use on the Kobo E Reader site. My dillema now, is that when I try to purchase a book, it says that the gift card is not right and I haven't inputed the correct information. I am wondering if there is a problem with the site, or if there is any resolution to my dillema. Thank you, all answers are greatly appreciated.

If the clerk told you it should work and it isn't you should either call the tech support line or return to the store and ask to speak to the manager.
