I'm 17 years old. I plan on starting my career as a politician now.
1. Get the president to appoint me as a justice of the US Supreme Court (there are no age, or citizenship requirements to become one).
2. When I turn 25 I will resign from the Supreme Court and become a Representative, in the US House of Representatives (the minimum age requirement being 25).
3. When I turn 30 I will run for Senator (30 is the minimum age for a Senator).
4. When I turn 35 I will run for President of the United States (35 is also the minimum age for President). I will serve two terms.
5. I will retire from politics at age 43.
MY QUESTION: Does this sound realistic?

If you can get #1 accomplished, the rest will be easy. Good luck on that.
And exactly how are you going to get the president to apoint you as justice of the US Supreme Court?
Also tell me if you have the qualifications, I mean the pres. won't apoint you if he knows you're going to try and take over.
It sounds very unrealistic to me but good time imagining things! You've got a lively imagination for a 17 year old.
And you make it sound so easy! You can see it's a child asking this question, can't help asking, are you really 17?
Just kidding, no offence, lol.... Just joking around, sorry, but the answer is no, and it isn't that easy to become president and you first need to make sure you're fit for it, I mean if you have the power and sense of responsibility and are willing to dedicate your life to politics. That's what I mean right now, you can't just be the president that easily.
You left out learning to lie, cheat, and steal. Funny, we usually try to choose a candidate from congress, who have a 21% approval rating to do a job that at worst gets a 31%. See a problem here?
No it's not realistic. It is kinda funny though.
