my sleep paralysis issues?
sometimes when i go 2 sleep i cant wake up...i use 2 be scared of it but now im trying to get over the fear. but any ways..... like about a week ago i was asleep in my bed (i was on my bed with my head to my left) i went in 2 the sleep paralysis state but this time SOME1 WAS IN THERE WITH ME. i heard HIM talking [[i didnt c his face because it was pitch black but im pretty sure i was in some sort of a room]] and he was making commands. i dont no whether he was controlling me or whether i was to scared to not listen 2 him. i told two of my friends about this and 1 of them says i could have been looking through my 3rd eye....does any 1 else have any other ideas of what this could be...THANX <3

Your just dreaming. The fear is just coming out of your consicous and into your dreams. I have had dreams that I am sleeping and that I roll over and cant breathe will the pillow in my face. And I can't move as well. Trying some calming things before bed to prevent nightmares.
I've had this dream before as well; I think it's the most terrifying nightmare of my adult life. I felt as if I woke up, in the same room where I'd fallen asleep, but I couldn't move anything except my eyes. Then there was a voice that's difficult to describe - not heard so much as felt in my head. I was sure it was the devil and he mocked my situation. I eventually managed to move, though my body was numb and heavy, and stagger to the next room to call for help, but I couldn't speak. Then I suddenly found myself in bed again. This happened several times before I actually woke up, but the dream hasn't recurred. I wonder how many others have experienced this.
When we go into a deep sleep we all experience sleep paralysis, but most of us don't know it. I had a cousin who would wake up and she was still in that state and couldn't move with out her husband touching her or something waking her up completely. I think you woke but not out of the dream state you were in and the voice you heard was part of a dream.But I'm not a doctor that's just my opinion
