No contact order for 6 months?
A friend of mine has a no contact order and was told to come back to court next month. They give him 2 sheets of paper, no contact order and a return to court. Why does he need to go back to court?

6 mo. is the normal stay for a review into the matter of a case, when placing an order or probation on someone, AS REVIEWABLE.
many times they want to see what's happening and can extend it another 6 mo. or drop the matter.
Probably to do with Why he has a No contact order, perhaps a review of his case, maybe a violation.
