I'm trying to lose a little weight and have been eating healthier and working out every day for the past few weeks. However, this week is my finals at college and they are placed so that I won't have any time to work out. I don't want to lose all my hard work so I'm switching to a no processed food diet. So far it's consisted of mostly salad and fruit but I'm running out of ideas. Any suggestions for healthy, low calorie, unprocessed meals? Or any general input?

Try grilled chicken. Many dining halls serve it as a grilled chicken sandwich, but you could skip the bun. Eat with some brown rice. Some other suggestions are greek yogurt with natural granola, smoothies, nut butters with fruit, hummus, baked potato with salsa for flavoring, and I'm sure you've heard this 100x but drink tons of water. Also, a square of dark chocolate (very high quality) every night can give you something to look forward to and stay sane! Good luck!

thats going to be reallllllyyyyyyy hard. i mean. if you want to eat something healthy...go with oatmeal.
