No Social Care or Response from Authorities or MPs?
Good evening. I am disabled along with my spouse, Social Services are not offering us any help, we are going to be homeless in 2 weeks, and we have written to so many organisations, even Human Rights, MPs, and no one cares to help us, does anyone know where else we can take this matter? My spouse is currently in hospital, and we just don't know where else to contact. We can't even find a solicitor to sue them. We got one mediator and he didn't even know the disability laws. I am really sorry to hear about your situation and hopefully by the time you read this some organization will have stepped up to help. However, here is my viewpoint and there may be things you have already looked into but, worth a try. Contacting Americans with Disability Organization to seek some advice or legal representation.
