I was watching television and I was leaning on my side and when I moved my shoulder went numb, it was odd. Now my whole arm and shoulder (right side), feel a little off, maybe weak or slightly numb. When I raise both arms my right arm slowly drops.
I've been working out, heavy lifting and cardio. Yesterday I did my shoulders and my elbow area felt a little sore this morning, did some more upper body today.
I'm just wondering if this is a simple pinched nerve or something considerably more serious like possibly a sign of a stroke. I am just turning 18 although I am about 25 lbs overweight. I cannot think of any stroke issues within my family.
Some insight would be great...!
Update:As of now that would be my only symptom of a stroke, my speech, smile and coordination are fine,

It is probably from leaning on your side and working out more however if numbness starts increasing and it feels like its getting serious than you should probably see a doctor.
