I have a Asus k53tk laptop with AMD® APU A6-3420M and when i went on staples and saw their website it says 1.5ghz up to 2.4ghz turbo boost. I can easily overclock my cpu using amd vision engine control centre and i can overclock it up to 3.2ghz. If i use 1ghz or 2.4ghz they all use same voltage 1.5v so does it mean it's safe to overclock to 2.4ghz? and what is the hottest temperature it should get? Ive already overclocked it to 2.4ghz and played a game and the temperature was 64 degrees celcius and when i turned it to max 3.2ghz it was 66 degrees celcius

No its not. Firstly you are overclocking a laptop! + you are adding heat, this could be done safely on a desktop.
It is somewhat dengerous in a laptop.. if this is a desktop no problem... 66 C is bit higher heat and if it goes more than 68c it is too dengerous... the best thing is use standard speed.... the people who use desktop computers willing to overclock ... as water cooling or stoke cooling system reduce heat well.... when u play games CPU runs 100% so it means heat a lot but laptos fans doesn't run always. Moreover Max Turbo ratio technology give 25% overclocking ...it overclock automatically when CPU needs more performance ... CPU do this if temperature is not high. ....
Overclocking means more heat, which also means lower battery life and shorter product life. By overclocking it, you are speeding up the rate at which it will eventually fail.
Don't put the thing on your lap if it's getting that hot.
