im using the panoxyl bar 5% and its really good the 5% doesnt dry out your face and i just started this yesterday and today all my big blemishes dont hurt and you cant even see them but im also on medications from my dermatologist. best thing to do is go to a dermatologist he'll help you the most :)

Panoxyl 10 is very drying, and can cause redness, especially under the eyes. It did for me. I now much prefer using natural products - tea tree oil is FANTASTIC!!! However, you can buy panoxyl with only 2.5 or 5% benzyl peroxide!! These aren't as strong so wont make your skin as dry, but take longer to rid spots.

I used it and I hated it. It left my skin really dry and itchy. I put tones or moisturizer on and it still didn't help the dryness. And on top of that it made me break-out worse and I couldn't wear make-up because irritated my skin too much. I quit using it and my break-outs started to go away.

I would recommend using something from the St. Ives Collection that you can buy at Wal-Mart.
