I just sold something on ebay, and the buyer paid me, and it went through to my paypal account. This happened exactly one month ago today, and the funds have still not shown up in my chase account. Paypal has listed the transaction as completed, but I don't have my money!

Now, the buyer is asking for a refund, and I would gladly do it, but I don't have the money to refund it! someone please help!!!
