Your body is changing from childhood to womanhood, that's all. This is normal, not all women throw up but some do. it most likely will not last, but your body has had a major change to it, from you not having periods to now you will have them. Unfornately we as women have no choice but to deal with the changes that come our way, you can try and eat crackers or bread to help with the throwing up. Maybe drink some water, or suck on some candy. Take a nap and try and relax. Not too much that can be done. Just kinda have to wait it all out. I know, it sucks to be a chick at times.
