I recommend natural peanut butter. It has plenty of calories to help you bulk up, but it doesn't contain any sugar or unhealthy hydrogenated oils like regular peanut butter. Natural peanut butter tasted a little bland to me at first compared to regular peanut butter, but now that I've been eating it for quite some time I like it much more than regular peanut butter.
