I have no idea why. but sometimes when my boyfriend gets home I get very angry. Most times there is no reason. Like just now, he came home from work and asked for a hug. I was in a bad mood the second he opened the door. I was in a good mood before that. I do love him, theres no question about that. But these rages I get are so uncontrollable. I had a dvd disk on the table with me, and I got mad that he picked it up to look at it. So I threw it on the floor. While he was walking by later, he picked it up and put it on the table again. So I threw it. he went and got it and asked why I was ruining my things. I just got pissed and told him to leave me alone. I grabbed the disk again and threw it down the hallway. Now he's in the other room and I'm still kinda mad. I have no idea why though. This doesn't happen every time but it is a problem. Why do I get so mad for no reason? It's so random. What do you think?
