I am a dancer. I dance 6 days a week for four hours each practice. I have flat feet. I had bunion surgery 4 years ago. From the surgery I started walking on the outside of my foot. I had a stress fracture there on the outside of the foot a year ago. It healed and I went back to dance. I'm on my summer break but it's starting to hurt again. Is it the same stress fracture? (Its in the same spot and same pain) How would you get it treated? Casted? Surgery? Or what?
