Is a lump in the testis always cancer?
There are other lumps that can be found in the testis that can be non-cancerous. It is important to see a doctor to make sure any lumps felt are not testicular cancer. An ultrasound examination of the testis can find out what type of lump it is. The main types of non-cancerous lumps are:
Epididymal cyst
Epididymal cysts are fluid-filled cysts that come from the epididymis, and are very common. Often discovered when about the size of a pea, they feel slightly separate from the top of the testis. These lumps can slowly increase in size and can feel like a third testis. Epididymal cysts can happen at any age and should be left alone when still small, but can be removed with surgery if they become larger.
Spermatocele
Spermatocele are similar to epididymal cysts. The only differences are that the lump is usually connected to the testis, and the swelling is filled with fluid containing sperm and sperm-like cells.
Hydatid of Morgagni
Found at the top of the testis, a Hydatid of Morgagni is a small cyst that is separate from the epididymis and sometimes found on a thin strand of tissue. These common cysts are moveable and can cause pain if they twist. There is no risk of cancer from these cysts, and unless they are causing pain, should be left alone.
Who should I see for help?
If you notice a hard lump or any change in your testes you should see a local doctor straight away. The local doctor may then give a referral to a specialist (urologist). A urologist deals specifically with problems in the genital and urinary tracts of both men and women.

There are 3 varieties of tumours in testicular melanoma, Seminomas, Teratomas, and the 3rd is a combination of each. A biopsy confirms what style is gift. Seminomas are sluggish developing and will kill while neglected. As a rule they mostly influence guys among roughly 30 - 50yr olds, now not younger guys. Teratomas can arise within the more youthful age organization and is a speedy developing tumour. The 3rd one, as you'll assume is an uncongenial one. All can kill, but when stuck within the early phases it has a top survival fee, it's the maximum fee of all male cancers. After biopsy, while the medical professionals discover out what style it's, it'll be eliminated along side the lymph nodes within the stomach if they're inflamed. My husband's melanoma went from his testicle to his stomach, then his lungs, with a enormous tumour on the aorta. He was once critically in poor health. That was once in 1995 and he's nonetheless alive and transparent at present. This melanoma kills however may also be cured if stuck in time, he was once fortunate.
well,doctors know best.
I am a doctor myself, and if the lump on your testicle is movable and squishy,it's fine...it could be just a lump,a fatty mass, nothing bad.and the epididymis is more noticable on one testicle than the other.
testicular cancer has lumps that are hard and hurt really bad when touched, sometimes, and usually one testicle is larger than the other.
as far as your nipples hurting, yes, that is puberty,it happens to woman too when they go through puberty and it's normal for them to hurt one day and not the next.

HONESTLY.....you need to find something else to do with your time other than feeling your body parts all the time. These symptoms all sound harmless. I AM a nurse, so I should know.
