I would like to disagree with you, but you are correct. True love is hard to find these day. I don't believe there is any deep meaning behind it. I found this passage in the book, the Bible, that sums it up:

18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness; 19 Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them. 20 For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse: 21 Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. 22 Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, 23 And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things. 24 Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves: 25 Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. You mentioned animal. I think the more people act like there is no God, the more they start acting like animals, after all, animals don't have any consequences to their actions. The live and die.

Don't lose hope. I'm a guy at 29, and I am not like that. I look at character before anything. I have turned down beautiful women because I know their personality will give me problems in the future...I'm looking for someone that respects herself first and then me. It's not impossible, but in today's world it certainly is difficult. So yes, there is true love, it's just almost impossible to find these days. Don't give up.

i think your are right true love does not exist anymore simply because people use relationships mainly for sex especially guys but i believe that true love does not exist anymore because most people are afraid to love i believe that at one point everyone felt that they had reach a point in their life where they really loved someone and thought it would be forever only to be disappointed and it is this what causes people to give up on true love because that person who you thought would be your soul mate ends up being the reason you cant sleep at night. Thus leading people to loose faith in relationships and the real meaning behind it. Instead its just sex sex sex. Love just has to much of a big price to pay if you dont love you have nothing to loose but when you love you have everything and i mean everything to loose

there have always been a LOT of men who are just obsessed with the way a women's body looks, since forever. i think it seems een more of an accessory today due to 100% media saturation. but People have always been really immature and hopefully they change when they get older, but don't be so down there are so many "real" people out there...you know them when you get to talk to them. there lives are more than sex and drinking. not that those 2 things are bad but I'm 19 and I feel like a majority of people I know that is their sole focus'. they have a hard time just living and growing minds with good people n **** i guess idk. their pretty boring.

I agree with you 100% get married before you have sex.since Sex got easier to get Love just got harder to find that's the easiest way I can explain it anyways. but some guys out there will wait if they love you enough.so don't give up on love just because most guys only want sex
