Trying to sell my copy of Adode Design Premium CS3....?
Ok I'm trying to sell my copy of Adobe Design Premium CS3 on ebay but I have a quick question. I've seen other copies on there for sale but mine is a student copy, I looked up how to transfer ownership and it says on the adobe website that ownership cannot be transferred. Can I still legally sell it?

You can sell it legally. You paid for it and it belongs to you and not Adobe. Its like selling a Ford or a Chrysler. You don ot own the name but you do own the product. Once the company accepts payment, you own the software and you do not need to tell them or ask them if you can.
Look at all the music box sets on sale on e-bay and other items. They are allowed to sell it but not reproduce it .
