Which is a better combat system, Krav Maga, or systema spetsnaz?
Hi, I am curious to learn which of this two styles is more effective. I have been wanting to learn a self defense system but I am in a tight budget. Does anybody know a place in LA where its cheap yet offer an adequate system? (I am a student, money is tight) Thank you.
