The main reason condoms fail is because people don't use them correctly. You have to make sure ALL the air is out of it and roll it down correctly etc. Sometimes they just break though, which has happened to me. But if it's consistently happening, I'd try to figure out how they're getting put on wrong.

Lube, lube, lube! Too much friction is probably causing the condom to not move freely with the penis. In that case, the condom can't keep up with the movement of the penis. Use some water based lubricant, and it should both solve the problem of broken condoms and also feel better (possibly reduce soreness). Get some Astroglide, KY Jelly, or something similar.

Maybe you don't have enough lube and the friction is too much.

Maybe both guys were using a condom that was too small for them. Maybe they didn't leave space for when they ejaculate.

Make sure that you use enough lube, get the right size condom and put it on properly.

Try doing this and if it doesn't work then go on the pill and don't use condoms.

You need to use good quality condoms and ensure that you are not too aggressive in friction. Also ensure that your partner does not wear condom too tight by stretching it.

probably u buy the cheap condoms with poor quality. or....you and your partner play too hard. haha... settle with expensive condoms to be safe.
