Why does dizziness cause nausea?
Lately, I have been using my computer alot, and after a long time (3 hours) of using it, I get dizzy and it caused nausea. The same thing happens when I use my iPod Touch to see the internet. And now, it only takes about 1 hour or less to cause dizziness. Why is this so? And why does dizziness cause nausea?

it's because the inner ear is involved which controls balance.
i spend more than 12 hours in front of my mac and i don't get dizzy.
go see your doctor.
