Why does this dude always stare at me?

I am shy, so I ignore him. He stares as if he waits on me to see him and then he says hey. Or he makes me notice him by raising his voice to say hey.

I am shy, so I usually try to avoid him since I kind of have a crush on him. The 20 year old me is doing this. Yeah...

He just stares and stares most times...with a look on his face(I see it when I finally look before he changes it/out the corner of my eyes) that is like, "Why won't see look at me?!"

Why???

I always wonder why are dudes staring at me?
