Katie, this is what I use to get my face smooth. Cura Serum by Isabella Pelle. It's a highly concentrated facial lotion with the highest concentration of the best moisturizer known to date; hyaluronic acid. I apply twice daily, in the morning after washing my face, and at night after I shower. Hope this helps you.

For the SPF, I simply use regular off the shelf sunblock lotion, with a min. of 45 SPF. There really isn't anything better, and they are relatively cheap. I simply apply it over the facial lotion if I'm going out directly in the sun. I tend to stay away from "all in one" products since it's been my experience that those types of products tend to be snake oil.
