Blood pressure 85 over 47... Normal?

I'm 19, 14 weeks pregnant and I feel dizzy, lightheaded and have an extremely bad migraine. I feel like I'm having to force myself to breathe. The other day my blood pressure was 71 over 42. I weigh 105 and I'm 5'3". Is this okay?
