I have just recently been diagnosed with COPD I have mild emphysema, bronchitis, and asthma...my problem is that often I have these wierd attacks that seem to start in my upper arms and neck and progress quickly to my chest and it feels like an elephant is sitting on my chest...I first thought it was my heart so I had it checked out...the heart is fine. these attacks last around 15 minutes and my blood pressure goes way high during them and then when it passes, the BP goes back to normal...anyone recognize these symptoms? thanks, worried.
