Depo provera and pregnancy?
I had my first depo injection May 10th and had 1 period since then on July 27th. August 9th was my date to have my next shot but I can't get in until August 18th. Will the shot still be in my system enough to still prevent pregnancy for another week or will I get pregnant right away?

You should be protected for that time.
It should still be in your system but I'd still use protection until I got the next shot & use it for 30 days after it. I never had my period when I was taking the shot. Your gyno may make you wait till you start again before giving you another shot since your are suppose to be on your period when you first get it. But I'm not sure about being late with it everybody is different. Mine stayed in my system got five months after I stopped taking it but I was on it for over a year.
