Im 20 and a half years old, I run 5 times a week 4 miles a day. I can bench press 255 now, pretty much in the best shape in my life. Im an artist and my dream is to become a movie actor. I have gone under accutane for my acne, it was pretty bad at one point. I've been off of it for almost a year. It truly did help I don't get big zits anymore but I still have a ton of black heads and I still break out in small zits and a regular sized zit every once in a while. I have one single acne scar that stick's out, I don't want anymore but I can't help but pick. One of my friends said they went on an all non junk food diet and he had no acne and a flawless face. Then I see people who eat everything but yet have never had a zit. Since my ambition is to be an actor I feel I should focus on my appearance as well. What should I do??

Acne is an infection of your sebaceous glands. Although food would not cause acne, by improving your diet, it would improve your overall complexion (redness, etc.) and body as long as it is a healthy diet.
Diet has some effect on the skin because of the greases in the food but it could also be related to the exercise. The sweat is full of bacteria and the acne sprouts if not washed away in time. After exercising wash your face, chest, back etc with an acne wash, not just hand/body soap, that does not clean the bacteria. However that is not to say that you should not watch your diet also. Eat healthy and sugar and greases are okay in moderation but should not become a regular habit.
