Ok, I was "kinda" sleeping in class. You know, eyes closed, dozing off, hand on chin to hold head up.(My right arm, same arm involved in what happened)

Anyway, I was just sleeping, minding my own buisness, when my arm(right around my shoulder area) spazzed out! It jerked outward very violently only once though. It IMEADITLY(sp?) woke me up. TOTALLY INVOLUNTARY!

Also, the girl sitting next to me was the only one that noticed but she musta been more scared than me. Preaty akward.... :/

Do I need to see a doctor?!?! Is this normal???

Also, this has happened before all over my body but it has normally been small jerks. Never this big of a spaz.
