If these 'EXPERTS' on here would just read the immigration information for St. Lucia, they would learn that a US Passport is NOT REQUIRED for St. Lucia.. it's TRUE all you 14 year old EXPERTS just LOOK IT UP.. but you still must have a passport TO RE-ENTER THE USA because that is what the US Immigrntion laws say... so YOU NEED A PASSPORT.
What IS IT with Americans and PASSPORTS? I honestly do NOT understand what this 'thing' is that Americans have about getting a PASSPORT.. The days when stupid Americans could go to a foreign ountry with an expired driver's license and an old utility bill are GONE FOREVER.. Americans need PASSPORTS for FOREIGN TRAVEL just like the REST of the world has needed for CENTURIES.
GET A PASSPORT.. you do NOT have a choice if you plan to come back to the "LAND OF THE FREE".. yeah.. right!
You will require a passport to board a plane outside the United States to any other country or island you might not need a VISA but yes a passport your passport need to get stamp because is an international flight.... and the visa will be given to you in Saint Lucia.....
You need a passport to board any airplane leaving the u.s. for a foreign country. Will not be allowed to board without one. if you are going on a cruise there that begins and ends in the same U.S. port, you just need your birth certificate and photo I.D.
Yes. My husband and I just went their on our honeymoon last year. We LOVED it!
We stayed at the Coconut Bay All-Inclusive Resort in Vieux Fort. Make sure to visit the Pitons (Volcano Mountains) and the botanical gardens and waterfall in Soufrieres. Also, be sure to go snorkeling in Marigot Bay. You can usually take all an day cruise from Castries (the capital).
