When I was 17 I had gotten my license suspended. I had recently gotten my license back in june. michigan says that if A suspension or revocation in the 36 months immediately preceding application that i will be denied a cdl license. Does this mean when I had first got my license suspend or within the last 36 months? Someone please answer my question!

If your license was suspended for ANY of the 36 months BEFORE you applied for a CDL license, you will be denied the license. If you have had a valid license continually for the past 36 months, you will be fine.
The bad part will be trying to get a job now. Most of the better trucking companies will not hire someone with any suspensions on their license. Of course the bad ones will take you but don't be surprised when you find you work all week for less than minimum wage. Good luck.
