Bought a child's bike for a birthday present, about 3 weeks before the birthday. Child opened it on the birthday and found the bike did not work. Factory fast would not replace it for a working one as they said it is out of warranty - only had the bike for a maximum 1 month!!!!!!!!!!! Someone else I spoke to about them said they had also had problems with them in the past!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would NEVER purchase from them again!
