I have carpal tunnel syndrome, and I use Young Living's Ortho Ease. It's a massage oil that soothes and relieves my wrist pain. Peppermint oil, Wintergreen oil, and Margoram Oil also helps to cool and relieve the pain. These aren't cures, just pain-relief.
I've read about "Green Lipped Mussel" supplements for arthritis, you ought to look into that. I ordered some for someone I knew a couple of years ago. It was shipped from Japan I think, but I never heard back from the person to see how their results were. Worth a try though.
You might explore Kratom. It Is a mu opioid agonist, and does about as well as Percocet, without pesky side effects. But come to think of it, it may not be ideal for that type of pain. I've yet to encounter arthritis, so I cannot say for sure. But when it works it works well.
