I don't, I don't wear a bra when i'm at home all the time, I don't see a need to nobody's gonna me. But I do not wear a bra to bed unless i'm somewhere that I don't trust or I don't want anybody to see my bear breasts when I sleep over at a friends house. That's about the only time I do.

If you sleep in a metal bra, you can get breast cancer. If you wear it like once it is fine but alll of the time, not so good. Look for a bra with no metal mold inside

i don;'t if im alone BUT i do if i'm at a friend's house or with a guy i don't know well. I'm 31 though and have huge boobs lol Im a DD so if i don't, they're bouncing everywhere. it's way more comfy without one but if ppl are around, it's way more comfy with one, for that reason.
