Without having access to all the evidence you can not say for 100% sure that he is or he isn't. The evidence that we have heard certainly points the finger at him - the neighbours report on hearing screaming and gun shots, previous domestic incidents at the house, the gun found in the property, the bloody bat and no evidence of any break-in or anyone else being present in the house at the time. The police seem pretty certain that they have their man - they have after all charged him with murder. But until his guilt is proved; he remains innocent.

Yes I do, he was heard arguing before neighbors heard shots, police found no break in, if it was an intruder he would have notice the difference and not shoot her again twice. As more evidence is found the police are putting it down as murder.
I remember hearing in the news that he actually admitted his guiltiness, but even so he's proven innocent until evidence aims that he's 100% the murder.

Yes, he shot his girlfriend. He should be convicted and sent to jail just like anyone else would be.
