I finally got myl side aerial! But I'm not consistent, I don't usually get it! I need tips on how to be more consistent! I'd really love the help its appreciated thxxxx
Ok so I would recommend you film somngt own when you do it and one where you don't and put them into I movie and you can watch them slow and see what you do different . Smethinelse when you take off make sure you press hard off your front foot and try to keep your chest up . If you can do a front tuck think about the way you jump up before you rotate try pushing to go up and little first. You could also practice some really fast cartwheels and get a good middle split it will help. Then try to quick
Y whip round your legs in the aerial. Always do these on mats if your are Not confident or get help in a gym remember to always put your hands down so you don't get hurt
