I just got on pointe and now I am christmas break but I dont want to loose strength in my ankles...what can I do to improve and strengthen my ankles over the holidays?
plan 30 minutes daily: 10 to put on the shoes, 10 to practice, 10 to put them away properly. Plie, roll up, straighten legs, then lower, slow plie, releve are both great. don't push too hard, just until you "feel" the anles working.
