I'm 14 years old, and this flabby skin thing has always seemed to be there, under my armpits, and judging by Google it could be just extra breast tissue or something along those lines, but I'm not entirely sure, so I realised I needed to ask you guys to identify it, here's a picture: http://i.imgur.com/77ilt.jpg

Upon looking at older pictures, I've realised it hasn't always been there, but on the pictures where I've began puberty it looks to me like it's been forming slowly, so is it what I think it is or not? And is it serious and something I need to get checked out, because I've never asked about it!
