i m chinese native.29yrs,married.and my first baby will be born in Nov.2009.

i m bachelor of accounting, and working for nearly 5yrs as accountant.

The fastest way to get a permanent visa is to sit IELTS; get skills assessment and then apply for a Skilled – Independent (Migrant) Visa (Subclass 175) visa. Because state sponsored visas are processed before 175 applications, if you're willing to accept the conditions of state sponsorship (among other things, you must live and work in the state for 2 years), you then apply for sponsorship and when it is granted, notify DIAC that you wish to change to a 176 visa (there is no charge or penalty for doing so). The whole process for an independent visa takes 12 months or so and state sponsored are normally only 3 - 5 months.
