The way i do it is you pull your bottom lid down a little place the contatct onto your finger and put it on your eye you should look up whilst inserting it. thats hows i dose it.It dosent hurt if you do it propberly
No it doesn't hurt but it depends on the person. Some people have sensitive eyes. When I first started at 16, was scared of the lens itself. I use soft lenses, don't get hard because it can hurt if it gets a little bit of dirt. Soft lenses break easier but worth it because you can't feel it. To use: clean with Salene solution and pop it in.
I don't know anything about plastic ones. I just got the normal ones the optomitrist got me.
They don't hurt, they are a little uncomfortable until you get them in place, but you just place them on your eye and move your eye around and they go into place.
After you get over the thing of putting your finger in your eye its easy, and you eventually have no problem touching your eyeballs.
Get the disposable ones. They dont hurt at all, if fitted properly you shouldnt even feel them. Itmight take you a little time to get used to how exactly to put them in and take them out, but they are very easy to use.
