I went to Russia a year ago for summer vacation, and my Mom bought me these hydrocartisone cream things, usually here they're prescribed, but you can buy them over there over the counter.
ANYWAY, so I used those on my hands and feet, (not too much!) it got itchier, and felt really wet, so I scratched it, and all the dry skin started coming off ... so then I used it like, every time I went to bed and every morning, and after a couple days my eczema cleared out fully leaving no dry skin at all, and making it feel smooth, no itchiness or disgusting dead skin....
After using it a bit for like a couple of weeks, my eczema is now fully gone, but there're still traces of it. Now and then I get itchy, but it isn't noticeable :D!
Hi, you can try one of the natural remedies available on the Internet - some of them do actually work. For my atopic eczema I use herbal cream by Champori quite successfully. It takes just a couple of weeks to clear the spots and they stay clear for months on end.
Try it: Champori is available online without prescription and comes with money back guarantee so if it doesn't work for you - it's free.
By cleaning your liver. Eczema is a liver problem. Do a liver cleanse every 90 days. They're capsules, you can find them online or in health food stores.

With herbal remedies. I used serenaskin anti-eczema ointment, spray, and extract. It took less than 2 weeks to clear the skin.

You can't cure eczema but you can care for your skin in the following way:
Use dye free, perfume free laundry detergents
NO dryer sheets
Use Dove for sensitive skin or Cetaphil wash for cleansing
Use Cetaphil lotion or cream for moisturization
Or you could try a thin layer of Vaseline to the skin
Keep skin moisturized
Wear as much all cotton clothing as possible
Use hydrocortisone cream for itchy areas
Take Benadryl at nighttime for itching (or Zyrtec)
