You can put a long sleeved shirt underneath it, and add some leggings and ugg boots. It doesnt sound to cute but it really looks great!

I don't think you can. Unfortunately, you will end up looking like you're trying to wear a summer dress in the winter. That's like wearing bermuda shorts and knee boots in the winter... it just doesn't make sense.

Maybe you should go into a store or online to find a similar dress with winter colors and thicker fabric.

Wear it with thick tights (would suggested coloured but not sure what would go with pink) and try and get a jumper/jacket/cardigan that goes with it aswell!

wear some leggings under it and then wear a small sweater and some boots and you got it hope this helps

wear under it winter black / dark coulours cloths (pants or something with high neck shirts?)

i am sure the material is flimsy.so you can not turn it wintry.
