I unintentionally took a nap around 7:00 pm, and I didn't wake up until around 10:00 pm. I still have school tommorrow so can anyone tell me ways to fall back asleep?
Watch something really boring on youtube or the next 20 or 10min tht you dont care about and you will become extremly tired, or make sure your room is very warm thatll make you very sleepy no sound or light either

I would drink warm milk and a heavy meal but not too heavy so you become uncomfortable and u shuld be fine =]
