How to do a 1 inch punch?
I have seen Bruce Lee and a few others perform this technique and I studied a bit on the basics of the movements but I am looking for a link to good tutorial or someone to explain the movements I need to practice and incorporate into the technique i.e. momentum, hip rotation driving force etc. thanks

demile, he can help you, he has a very good pamphlet on the subject which details all you need to know, he also has a book for anyone having trouble and takes mail in questions from those who have read the book, his pamphlet and/or video should be availible on his site, look up wing chun do (this is his martial art, derived off of jun fan gung fu, jeet kune do, and perhaps other training he had later in life) sifu demille is one of bruce lees original students, he is famous for his use of the floating punch (the power punch taught to him by bruce lee)
find an instructor to teach you, you claim to have taken martial arts then you should know you need an instructor to properly teach you and that books and videos are for reference and not meant to be the sole source of learning
hold your fist 1 whole inch away from target and then.......... PUNCH
